The last thing that we ever want is for you to cancel your account for something that we have done. If you have come to this page because you feel your problem was not resolved, then please send an email to info@jcomputersolutions.com or call us at 1-877-516-4889 and let's try work the problem out.

PLEASE NOTE: All of your account information needs to be backed up to your local drive prior to you requesting cancellation. JCS is not responsible for information lost after cancellation of an account. Also be sure to check your email and pull any remaining messages that you require.
