Being the owner of a small company myself, I can appreciate the efforts by JCS Hosting.
I have helped several of my customers switch their services to JCS and haven't had any issues that were not resolved without fast, friendly and efficient service.
There are many 'cheaper' services out their, but they live up to that moniker.
Price to me is second, service is number 1 and JCS handles that with ease.
I have dealt with many providers who have 24 hour 800 numbers but the forums at JCShelpdesk have, by far, been the most successful to use. I can check when I have time, not stuck by a phone waiting for 'escalation' of my problem.
